Question: What are your hours?

Answer: Our hours are 9:00 am – 8:00 pm ET on Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 9:00 am – 10:00 pm ET on Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday, St. Patrick’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Question: What is your best method of contact?

Answer: Email through the Contact page. We’ll respond back within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and the holidays listed above).

Question: What shipping provider do you use?

Answer: We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. All orders are provided with a tracking number.

Question: Do you service only Oneness organizations or are you open to Trinitarian ones, also?

Answer: While we do come from Apostolic Pentecostal and Methodist backgrounds, we are open to working with different denominations; however, we prefer ones who believe in the inerrancy of Scripture and hold strong Biblical principles.

Question: What is your minimum per order?

Answer: Our minimum is 11 shirts. All shirts will have our logo and website on the left sleeve in order to help promote our brand as well.

Question: Do you offer a custom option for shirts?

Answer: Yes we do! We require that graphics be “G rated”! We reserve the right to deny any graphics that we deem to be inappropriate. If this situation occurs, we will contact you by email explaining the issue and refund any payment. All images can be sent via email; we’ll design the shirt’s blueprint according to what’s described in the email and send the blueprint back for approval before we have shirts printed. We require that images be set as actual size, sent in as PDF, and be black. Along with that, you can either tell us what color(s) you’d like the final image to be in or send us a colored copy as well. Please also mention the shirt size(s), color, material, and shirt brand (e.g. American Apparel, Gildan, etc) in your inquiry. Please name the image files with the location(s) on the shirt (e.g. “back”, “front”, etc). Payment will be done via PayPal.

Question: Do you offer embroidery, as well as, silk screening?

Answer: Yes we do! Please refer to the previous question on our requirements for shirts.

Question: Is it possible for me to order a sample before I place a bulk order?

Answer: Yes! Please keep in mind that prices for samples can vary based on the design(s), color(s), size(s), material, shirt brand (e.g Gildan, etc), product(s), and specific job (e.g. screen print, embroidery, etc). For example, to print a ‘one ink color on one side’ sample on a Gildan Ultra Cotten T-shirt can cost $20-$21 for a white shirt and $24-$25 for black/color shirts. Question: What’s your turn-around time?

Answer: It really depends on the design(s). We would need to see the design (size, color, etc) and know the quantity of shirts to have printed in order to give an accurate estimate.

Question: Can I change an order after it’s been placed?

Answer: In order for us to meet our late cut-off times, we allow only a 20 minute window for order changes and/or cancellations. After this time, the order is allocated for processing and will be shipped. If additional items are needed, we will place a new order for you. If the shipped order is no longer needed, you will be subject to initial and return freight plus a 15% restock fee.

Question: Am I able to order blank shirts?

Answer: Yes! Like any other order, please provide your shipping address, quantity, color(s), size(s), material, and shirt brand (e.g. American Apparel, Gildan, etc) in your inquiry. Similar to custom orders, our policy on order changes and/or cancellations, as well as return and exchange still apply. Payment will be done via PayPal.

Question: What is your store’s return and exchange policy?

Answer: The item(s) must be shipped back within 3 days for full refund. We do not pay for return shipping. The clothing and/or other accessories must be new and not worn, stained or altered.

Question: Do you accept orders (including personalized-made shirts) placed outside of the US?

Answer: Yes we do! Mark 16:15 says “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”

Question: How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer: Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
